Confirm and pay
ClientConfirm the quote and pay for goods and service. Settlement in CNY or VND is available (example).
Output: payment receipt

Place orders
UsWe order from suppliers, chase lead times and receive everything into our China consolidation warehouse.
Output: procurement progress updates

Inspect the goods
UsWe open and check appearance, quantity and model against agreed standards, then send photos or video for your confirmation.
Output: inspection report + photos

Pack and consolidate
UsReinforced packing by category, weighing and measuring, warehouse receipt issued, then consolidated into one container.
Output: warehouse receipt (pieces / weight / volume)

Customs and loading
UsExport declaration handled, container loaded and sealed with photo records, sailing per schedule.
Output: declaration number + loading photos

Clearance and delivery
UsVietnam import clearance followed by delivery. A statement is issued after receipt for the balance payment.
